BUSINESS SUPPORT PROGRAM

How it works 

We will set up an online meeting with the business owner (Using Teams, Zoom or Skype). During the first meeting, we will explain how the program works and gather some information from the business owner about the business to establish if the business would qualify for the BSP. If the business does qualify for the BSP and the owner agrees to make use of the Business Support Program (BSP). (This first meeting is free of charge.)

A second meeting will then be arranged during which a comprehensive business review will be done to analyse key aspects of the business to uncover any issues. This covers everything from the business’s background, goals, successes and challenges to areas like marketing, sales, management, operations, finances, and even risk management. Here’s a quick rundown of what will be covered:

  • Business background & successes
  • Business plan & objectives
  • Marketing & sales
  • Management & Staff
  • Operations & Assets
  • Finances & accounts
  • Risk management & SWOT analysis

After gathering all this information, Johan will analyse the information and taking into consideration the priorities of the business work out a programme to address any issues or challenges

The cost of the BSP will differ depending on the number of sessions needed to address the issues or challenges identified.
